What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Currently we only ship orders within Sri Lanka. We hope to launch International Shipping in the near future

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You will receive your orders within 2 - 5 working days. However, 90% of orders are delivered within 2-3 working days and in Colombo 1-15 orders are delivered within 1 working days.

Can I Get My Order Delivered On Weekends?

Most of our orders are delivered on weekdays during office hours (9.00AM to 5.30PM) and on Saturday orders are delivered between 9.00AM and 1.00PM. Therefore, if you need the order to be delivered specifically on a Saturday, you can leave an order note at the time of the purchase (Order Note is available at the Checkout Page) and also drop us an email.

What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged When I Received It?

Firstly, Do Not Sign the proof of delivery (POD) receipt. If you have signed the POD, this technically means that you have checked and collected the order with no damages. Secondly, contact us immediately on 075 99 55 000 or send us an email to [email protected] regarding the damage. Due to any reason if you cannot get in touch with us at the time of delivery, please make a note on POD that you have collected the order with a damage and get the delivery agents signature so that we can investigate the matter.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

All payment methods are available at the Checkout Page. Payments can be made online by a Credit/Debit Card or Customers can also select Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option for selected cities such as Colombo 1-15, suburbs and grater and other province

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

100%. All payments go through our Internet Payment Gateway providing by Payhere payment gateway in Sri Lanka its a central bank approved payment gateway in sri lanka . When passing information we use SSL to encrypt all data issued. Therefore no transaction details/card details are stored/visible within servers

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You will need to inform us first via email ([email protected]), Drop a text message or WhatsApp message. Charges may apply for cancellations/changes. You may visit our Terms & Conditions page for more details

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes you need to have an account to place an order online. This can be easily created at the Checkout Page by simply entering a username and password. You may also click the Login/Register icon on the top right of your browser and click the register button and fill the required details to create an account.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email notification with our tracking details. These details will also be inside your order details in your My Account page.

How Can I Return a Product?
